Each training day includes guided mindfulness practices, interactive exercises, and opportunities for team connection. Mindfulness Foundation for Stress Release and Focus

1 Day

Course Objective

  • This introductory one-day workshop aims to provide employees with a foundational understanding of mindfulness, its benefits, and practical tools to manage stress and improve focus in the workplace. The course is designed to be interactive and experiential, allowing participants to directly experience the positive effects of mindfulness.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Define mindfulness and explain its relevance to professional and personal life.
  • Identify personal stress triggers and habitual reactive patterns.
  • Practice foundational mindfulness techniques, including mindful breathing and body scan meditation.
